Welcome to the SweetWater 420 Fest Ticket Swap Program!
Trade your sweat and hard work for the best 3-day experience in town! Work with your friends, gain hands on experience, a 3-day event wristband, t-shirt, and an incredible behind-the-scenes adventure!
First and foremost, you must be 21+ to participate!
Some ticket swappers will be pouring beer during shifts, so only 21+ (by April 18, 2019) may apply for those shifts (VIP and SweetWater Experience). You will be carded at check in!
Work Requirement – 12+ hours/2 Shifts
As they say, time is money but in your case, time is your ticket. A minimum of 12 hours reached by volunteering at least 2 shifts is required to receive your wristband reimbursement. Shifts during the fest are typically 6 hrs and pre/post fest shifts are 8 hours. One “night” (evening hours) shift is required.
Sign in/create an account to complete the initial application. Please note there is a $6.00 non-refundable application fee due with your application.
The last day to register is April 18 or until all available shifts have been filled.
Self-Schedule will become available early February
Shifts are open on a first come, first filled basis after your reimbursable ticket is paid and waiver is signed. You snooze, you lose so complete the steps soon for the best choices!
Shift selection locks and no changes will be available after Apr 8.
**SweetWater 420 Fest will do our best to honor your shift choices but we reserve the right to transfer you to another department during the same time, based on event need.
-Attend a mandatory Ticket Swap orientation
-Arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your shift starts so you can receive training/check in.
-You are encouraged to take MARTA, but if you drive, allow time to park! Parking passes will be available for purchase from our website in the red deck or there are various PAY lots around the site.
