WHAT’S NOT ALLOWED?
To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into the festival:
You may carry your belongings in your pockets, in a clutch the size of your hand, or in a clear bag no larger than 17 x 13 x 9.
Clear hydration packs and *empty* water bottles are allowed
*Exceptions for medically necessary items and wheelchair bags
No wagons
No BOB, double, jogging, large strollers
No frames, no camping gear backpacks
No dogs
No glass
No coolers
No camelbak or similar water-carrying backpacks (* Camelbaks clear insert bag is allowed if it fits our ‘clear bag size requirement’ noted above*)
No outside alcohol
No outside food and drink
No pets
No illegal drugs, including inhalants
No pressurized tanks
No balloons
No illegal weapons
No fireworks
No unlicensed vending of any kind
No large, staked or golf umbrellas (small handheld ok)
No chairs or hammocks
No professional photography or video equipment
No audio recording equipment or microphone stands
No selfie sticks, GoPros or drones
No flag poles, totems or ‘rage sticks’
No laser pointers
IS 420 FEST ADA ACCESSIBLE?
Centennial Olympic Park is ADA compliant. Centennial Olympic Park’s entrances are all ADA accessible with cement pathways throughout the park. 420 Fest offers ADA accommodations including a viewing platform for the main stage with some seating on a first come first serve basis. ADA accessible porta pots are located at each bathroom area.
I LOST SOMETHING AT THE FEST, DO YOU HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?
Sure do! Email [email protected] and we can check the arsenal. Be sure to include your contact info so we can holler at you quickly if we locate your goods!
IS IT AN ALL AGES EVENT?
All patrons 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult 25 or older.
While all ages are welcome, we will not be featuring a KidZone this year.
Children under 10 are free with a wristbanded adult.
Anyone 10 and older requires a wristband.
Please be prepared to present ID to verify your age.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of the Happy Ending Productions, producer of the event.
IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you still do not see your order confirmation, follow these steps for how to locate it.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WRISTBAND?
Festival wristbands will be delivered by mail to you about the end of March 2020.
Wristbands will be sent to the shipping address specified on your order. To track your shipment once fulfillment has begun, log in to your Eventbrite Account, go to Tickets, find your Order and click Manage Order

All international orders will be held at the Box Office Will Call.
If you order your wristband after the fulfillment cut off date your wristband will need to be picked up at Box Office Will Call.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY WRISTBAND?
Follow the Wristband Registration link on our site for directions.
Registering your wristband shows 420 Fest organizers that the wristband belongs to you and lets you supply emergency contact information should anything happen to you. Cashless purchases can be made for drinks at any festival bars, food vendors, and festival/band merchandise!
OH SH*T, I WAS SO EXCITED I PUT MY WRISTBAND ON AND NOW…
It won’t come off. Well, actually, that’s the point. We’re happy your excited and boy those wristbands look sweet! Don’t worry about a replacement – they will be available on-site. It is an exchange program with a fee, so just don’t lose the band! The replacement fee is $25 and it’s CASH only.
Once you get to the park, find a Wristband Solutions tent at the Marietta or Centennial Olympic Park entrance gates or hit us up at the Box Office . If it’s a VIP band, you can also get help at the VIP Entrance. You will need your driver’s license and the band for the exchange. Our crew will need to make sure you are the person who purchased the band(s). Please allow some additional time to make it all happen.
CAN I STILL CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, once packages have shipped, there’s no way to update your shipping address.
If you know you won’t be able to receive the package at the address on your order, please Cancel your Wristband by sending an email to [email protected]
OFFICIAL WRISTBAND POLICY
Anyone possessing a wristband that has been tampered with is subject to ejection from the festival without a refund. Only wristbands purchased through Eventbrite are valid. If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry. Wristbands MUST be worn securely on wrist for entry into festival and cannot be slipped off/on. Replacement wristbands will require a FEE. Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeit wristband are prohibited and will be seized by festival security staff. If your wristband is removed by festival security/event staff for ANY reason, it WILL NOT be replaced.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY.
