What other experiential elements will the festival include?
We are still finalizing food truck vendors and participants at the artist vendor market.

What is the bag policy?
- ALL bags will be searched before entry.
- Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 4.5″ x 5.5″ or smaller do not need to be clear but can have no more than one pocket.
- All other bags must be fully CLEAR and made up of clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc, and be no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″ ONLY. Bags will be restricted to small purses, totes and drawstring bags only. Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited.
- Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.
What’s the firearm policy?
No firearms or weapons of any kind are permitted. We will have security measures in place to ensure our guests are safe.
Are children allowed?
Yes. Each ticketed adult will be permitted one complimentary admission for a child 7 and under, per ticketed day, at no additional charge.
Are pets allowed?
Only service animals (with papers) are permitted at the festival

How much do tickets to the reimagined festival cost?
General admission will be provided each day in exchange for a $10 donation to the Waterkeeper Alliance.
Kush VIP tickets are available $97 for single day and $160 for 2-day. Ticket price includes:
- $10 donation to Waterkeeper Alliance per day attended
- Access to air-conditioned restrooms
- Access to SweetWater Boathouse, which features relaxed seating, and a private bar
- Unlimited access to Kush viewing area at stage
- Private bars with drinks available for purchase
- Complimentary mobile charging stations
- Same-day re-entry
I bought a full-ticket price to 420 Fest. Am I eligible for a partial or full refund?
Those who purchased tickets have been issued refunds via our partner Ticket Spice. To show our gratitude for their support, those who purchased tickets can redeem a free ticket through a direct link they will receive by email. Detailed instructions on how to redeem free tickets will be emailed to ticket purchasers.
How do I find my ticket?
At the point of purchase you have the option to receive your ticket by text. You can also save your ticket to Apple Wallet.
If you cannot find your ticket you can request to have your ticket resent here.
There is also a “resend confirmation” button at the top of the ticketing page.
Getting to SweetWater 420 Fest & Getting Home
Is there parking at Pullman Yards?
Rideshare is recommended. There will be no parking available at Pullman Yards.
Limited parking will be available near the venue. Lots near the venue will be paid parking.
Nearby MARTA station (will require rideshare from MARTA to venue)

Is there a festival map?

Can I leave and re-enter on the same day?
Same-day re-entry is permitted for Kush VIP ticket holders. Guests will be required to scan their wristband when they leave and go back through security when they return.

How can I apply to be a food vendor or vendor in the Artist Market?
The submission form can be found here. The deadline to submit is March 10, 2024. If you are selected to be a vendor at SweetWater 420 Fest, someone from the festival will contact you via email with information about vendor costs and payment terms.
